Training Session 1 (JUNE)
Cost $300 per player
Youngers:
Tuesday and Thursday -- Time 5:00 - 6:30 pm
Starts: Thursday, May 30
Ends: Thursday, June 27
Youngers (12's) include: Middle School, JV
(One year of Club Volleyball is preferred )
You do not need a partner to participate in the session

Monday and Wednesday --- Cost $300 per player
Starts: Wednesday, May 29th
Ends: Wednesday, June 26th
Olders- Group A ---4:30 - 6:00 pm
Group A 14s or new 16s
This is Varsity level with a minimum of one year of Sand volleyball. You don't need a partner to participate.
Olders- Group B -- 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Group B is 16s and 18s
This will be Varsity/ College Players (Competitive sand players)
You do not need a partner to participate.
All olders are able to play volleyball at a high level.
Location: Ridgefield
Training Session 2 (JULY)
Cost $300 per player
Youngers:

Ends: Wednesday, July 31
Youngers include: 12's and new 14s
This Middle School/ JV (At least 1 year of club experience preferred )
You do not need a partner to participate in the session

SAND FIT:
This year, we are offering free Summer Sand Workouts!
This is supplemental conditioning and plyometrics to increase speed, verticals, and endurance to better both sand and indoor players.
